YOUR DREAM LIFE STARTS WITH 1 STEP

Hey there, girl bosses. How are you? Just so happy to read & discover your amazing sparkles on & offline everyday.

So today, I wanted to share with you, how I did draw my own very personal & amazing dream job & every day life. With a single but kind of tricky step & 3 actions.

             1. DON’T LISTEN TO PEOPLE SPARKLING IN A WRONG WAY

I’ve always been connected to people in a different way. At 3, would tell you my mother, I was listening to people & touching their shoulders as if I was going to take from them all their worries. I could even say clearly to adults « everything is going to be ok ». At 10 I was learning meditation with my grand father, in a very different manner than the ‘experts’ would teach it today. Very intuitive, very pure, very connected, with no serious rule around the practise. And through this practise, I’ve learn to let my inner voice grow. I was practising intuitive writting without knowing it… discussing with my inner voice every single day. And it was soft, and reassuring. And then I grew up.

I grew up as a young adult in front & behind the cameras, attracted by what I thought was glowing.

I grew up as a young adult, guided & mentored by people who knew money could buy nearly everything… And of course I’ve travelled in amazing places, with very smart people.

 

              2. BUY A TICKET FOR KOH JUM OR BALI …

6 years ago, as I was missing sense, I left for Thailand a few weeks. Lost on a little Island called Koh Jum, with no hot water but amazing souls & food, my plan was clear, chut up the noise & the movement. On this very special Island, I met an old man & a yougner one. The old man wasn’t speaking english or french, but reminded me of the soul langage, that I had learned a few years ago with my grand father. The younger one was a bit younger than me. And was living on this amazing island since he was a baby. He guided me on his island, which had nothing and everything at the same time, explained me how he was living and organising his sweet life. And I spent hours and hours doing nothing with those 2. Going to bed early, reading, eating. At night, sometimes, while I was reading under the stars, surrounded by travellers who would stay a night only on this paradise, the french founder of this place, who was cooking like a goddess, would tell

me that I should let go of my questions, wait less, trust more. But I had so much noise in my head girls…

3. THE TRICKY MAGICAL ANSWER...

Now you want to know the answer I found, lost on this island ? No answer at all, at first.

I thought i’d come back to Paris and would be guided by the « universe » to follow my path & intuition, ever after. And nothing came. At all first.

In fact. This trip did bring me an answer. But I wasn’t asking for the right question.

When you’re surrounded by lower energies, lost in a situation, job, personal life or a sick body, don’t ask yourself where you want to be & what you want to build in the 5 years or even months coming. Because it’s not a project you're leading. It’s your inner very most precious voice.

Just ask yourself what’s the next single step you need to do...

And this is what I did. I left my job, gave all the things I had. And went back to my family wooden house in the south west of France. I slept, wrote, sang, ate good food surrounded by my favorite people on Earth. And the little amazing adventure I’m living & drawing right now, started with just that. Don’t expect your body & very powerful brain to build your futur as it would lead a project, if it misses the most precious sparkling thing inside you, your energy. If your energy is too law, you’ll never get to the point where you know exactly where to go or how to listen to your inner guidance.

Your first action is to feel (inside) better. Then very good. When you’re looking for answers, don’t chase them, start by bringing more joy into your life. End of the story.

DON’T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS TODAY

And how to handle the wait…  

Hello girlbosses out there! It’s been quite a snowy weather for a while in Paris and even the cars where slowing down, which is quite rare here (Netflix end of the world series lover, helloooo). So the rhythm here at the studio has been following the bit!  SLOW MOTION. But slow doesn’t mean you’re not boosting your creativity and working “hard”. Slowing down mean sometimes, when you’ve been working so hard on your dreams, letting, partly the ideas & the collaborations come to you. Sometimes the energy is blocked and being resistant to the major energy rhythm will only burst your energy faster. And your energy is your most precious weapon,right? You’re a marathon runner as a girlboss, don’t forget this.

So what to do, when the collaborations are nearly there but not yet. When you’re in for new projects but the clients tell you ‘we’ll think about it, comin’ back in a few weeks to you’. This is a pass, and not that easy sometimes. So HERE ARE 4 TIPS TO NOT GIVING UP ON YOUR DREAMS TODAY, AND HANDLE THE WAIT:

Handling the wait. Wow this is the hard part right? Because you don’t know what to do with your brain & body until the pass opens up again… So here are tips I’ve been using so many times… And they do work for many like-minded entrepreneurs & friends.

  1. OFFER YOUR HELP TO A NEW PROJECT

I’ve done it so many times. My best friends & favorite entrepreneurs have done it several times too. When you feel like nothing is happening and you’re surrounded with a slow energy, projects being post-poned, it’s time to take care of your energy and rhythm. Meaning? You need to have the impression & give the impression that you’re already running everywhere with projects, so that people feel they’ll need you too.

Yes, you’ll totally fake it for a while. But we’re all the same when it comes to choosing people. We want those who are working with everyone, everywhere. So make people feel you’re this kind of talent, even if in reality you’re at home watching Netflix & eating your last bits of croissants.

And why not helping friends or people launching their own adventures? Those people you might need a little later, when you’ll actually be stressed out with too much work on your shoulders. Help people, give advices, give some of your time to projects you love for free, until you have more energy to work on your own…

2. REDESIGN YOUR SPACE

Moving your furniture, buying just little details to add a little colour of whatever makes you feel important, and already in your future you life, can make a real difference. We put energy on the things that surround us. So by moving things, you tell your body & energy that you’re already ready for a change, a bigger move, and you make some space for the new things coming.

Well-known entrepreneurs, as Estée Lauder would have told you, believe that beauty opens new capacities in your head. So let’s surround yourself with signs of the new projects we want to welcome in our life for the months coming.

3. GO FOR A SHORT BREAK AWAY FROM HOME

Ahhh, my favorite subject on earth. Why "not working physically, is actually working"! I’m on it right now, leaving for a week in Thailand. So as I have a few events, when I’ll be back home, I have to organise everything before I leave. BUT. We need to create some new energies pattern. And sometimes, there’s no other way but to leave the projects for a week or two, and just let our brain & body totally relax. Holidays aren’t really entrepreneurs best friends. But it’s  A VERY BIG ERROR. I’ve tried with & without, and my creativity & efficiency are much better when I do take real breaks, without my computer .So let the magic happen without you and come join me in Thailand!

4. DRAW A STRONG VISION OF YOUR DREAM

Here’s a little list of things that work quite well when you’re supposed to design your vision in the virtual world, before creating it IRL:

  • Make or remake this list of things you’re already thankful for. Classic right? But I’m literally doing it on a daily basis. Being thankful has an impact on your mind, your subconscious, and your everyday creativity. Just make it a daily habit, before going to bed. And let the magic happens.
  • Make a mooboard/ a visionboard. And if you already did one a few weeks, months ago, do it again, just for the good feeling it brings you. You can even readjust the whole thing with new images you feel like adding. Then keep this magic peace of paper with you everywhere as it’s a good reminder for your soul & mind to work for you on your vibrations & own power of attraction.
  • Don’t surround yourself with yourself, and if you’re on a "I'm freaking and fragile" moment of your life, choose carefuly the people surrounding you. They have to be inspired by what you do or at least who you are, and caring. Your energy could change everything in your life right now, so watch out how people make you feel and be careful to stay in the best environment until you get what you want.

RELEASE YOUR GODDESS HORMONE

Did you know we could program our body to be happy? Yeah, we do… and you know what, this is slightly as simple as drinking a glass of water. Nearly.

 Here are a few tips, we could have learned from Superman. But which actually do work to release your oxytocin & feel good in a minut to conquer your world faster, nearly as superman would, nearly.  

1. GIVE VIRTUAL & REAL HUGS

Touching and giving hugs release our Oxytocin. So you know what to do! Take people into your arms, your cat, or your plant whatever … and if you have nobody at hand, picture yourself hugging someone. Imagination gives very similar effects to the action itself. So, picture it and let the magic happen!

Also... Like your friend’s page, compliment them… it turns out that complimenting and liking your friends’ virtually or in reality release the Oxytocin!

2. LAUGH.

Again, there, laughing is the best cure even, to boost & release the oxytocin in your body

3. TRY WALKING-MEETING

How about walk & talk. It turns out that this method could change the way you do business & feel about it. If you want to know more, here is the article you wanna read on the Harvard Business Review

4. TRUST & BE TRUSTED

Being trusted, no matter how you do it, is the best feeling ever. And it is essential in your life & biz. So, keep shining and work on your aura & values, before working on your offers. People in front of you, will want to follow you for how they feel about you. Not what you do, but why you do it. So, help them trust you.

5. LISTEN TO MUSIC & BREATHE

Listening to music & breathing helps you release oxytocin.
Meaning: listen to music & picture yourself in a perfect situation. Your body don't make the difference with a real situation & the effect on your body & mind is amazing. Mixing meditation & music as I do with my Meditation Parties, is a treasure, that I've been using since I'm a kid, and I'm sure you'll love it! Can't wait to make you discover this.

Breathing calmly now, is a signal for your body that everything is under control & safe around you. Even if it's not in your mind or in your working environment. This is why taking only a deep breath can change how you entirely deal with a situation.
